I am Emma. I have Cerebral Palsy and Dystonia. This page is for my friends and supporters who help me on my quest to learn to sit, crawl, walk and talk. The funds raised will pay for physio sessions, speech pathology sessions and cover travel expenses so mum can take me to the Sunshine Coast to see a Vojta therapist. This therapist is treating me and teaching mummy to how to treat me at home. I do not like it very much but it makes me feel really good and shows me how to move properly.

Founded in 1996 with a staff of two, Worklink has now grown to a staff of over 50 reflecting the ever increasing need for its services in the Cairns Employment Services Area (ESA) of Far North Queensland. Worklink’s head office is in Cairns and covers the area south to Cardwell, North to Mossman and West to Atherton Tablelands.

FNQ Cerebral Palsy Support Group
We are a charitable organisation started by a small group of passionate parents of children with cerebral palsy in hopes of improving the services and opportunities available to families affected by cerebral palsy and living in Cairns and Far North Queensland. The Group has also reached out to families with children that have physical disabilities other than cerebral palsy. Our group has been quickly joined by relatives, friends, health workers and the infamous Wheelie Mad Women, all of whom are determined to see us succeed in supporting these capable kids. We hope you will join us in supporting capability.
